I’m writing this review with mixed feelings, as my March stay at this hotel was excellent – the room was in great condition and the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, my recent visit fell far short of those expectations.
Upon arrival, my initial room had an unpleasant odor that made it uninhabitable, requiring me to request a room change. The spa facilities were poorly maintained, with what appeared to be half-eaten fruit left in the area throughout my entire stay.
The gym experience was particularly disappointing due to unprofessional staff behavior. During my workout, staff members walked through my exercise space without any acknowledgment or courtesy while I was warming up.
On a positive note, the general hotel staff were nice and helpful throughout my stay, which made the other issues even more disappointing by contrast.
Given how pleasant my previous stay was, I had high expectations for this return visit. Unfortunately, the decline in room quality, facility cleanliness, and gym staff professionalism made for a truly disappointing experience overall. I hope management addresses these issues to restore the standards I experienced during my March visit.
