I love this property. It is very quite and relaxing. With access to the river it is nice to float or just spend a day grilling and playing in the water. The hosts are great and make sure you have everything you need!

Family weekend

We did love this property and how clean it was. However the private river access was only for boat or for float trips. In the photos it shows the river but the river is actually a few miles away and even after finding other spots the current was so strong my kids could not play in the water. We did enjoy the hot tub. If your with just adults this would be a fantastic spot. I do not recommend bring younger children.

Float trip

My friends and I have been planning to do a trip since seventh grade and we finally got it out of the groupchat, but there was a hurricane in missouri so we stayed at the house a lot. That said, we still had a great time. The house was very well kept and the host was very friendly. Would definitely book again.

Family get away

We were visiting from san antonio, we have family in the area. The property was beautiful The patio, firepit, hot tub, and river access are wonderful. It was a great escape from city life. The beds werent the most comfy, could use a few more blankets and towels. Having the washer and dryer was a lifesaver.

Loved the location, very peaceful . great place to stay and still not far from attractions. Loved the hot tub!!!! Wifi worked great, plenty to watch on the t.v, even though we only watched tv one nite. Played cards under the big covered porch, will highly recommend this place to others. Spectacular views

We are repeat visitors to this special location. We love all the amenities and access to the river. Fire pits, a grill, plenty of chairs and a beautiful setting make this the perfect place for a family vacation! Jessica is a great host! We highly recommend booking here!

Relaxing!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights along with our fur baby and enjoyed every minute! The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved using the hot tub! Jessica was so nice, patient and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We will for sure be back!

Was looking to get away to just relax and it was just what i got. I will have to say Cinderella (dog) was my favorite thing. She was so sweet and just wanted to lay with us and that was just fine. Beautiful scenery saw some animals and was very quiet. Loved it will be back

Cleaning person left sheets in the dryer. And hot tub didnt stay very warm. And shower didnt have much water pressure. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Very clean. Loved the decor.

Great location for chill birthday weekend

I stayed at Country Cabin with two friends for one of their birthdays. The goal was to have a remote location, share some good food, enjoy the hot tub, and do a little easy hiking. This place was great for everything. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. We really appreciated the Roku and mobile TV mount as we've had other stays where the TV wasn't that easy to manage. If you're looking for an easy hike with some nice water features and lots of fish to look at, I can recommend a nearby Maramac Spring Park. Jessica was a responsive host via the Vrbo app and we had everything we needed. She was also very gracious when we reported an issue with a broken doorknob (we didn't do anything to break it, not sure what had happened). There are friendly dogs who roam around the property and one (Cinderella!) stopped by to visit us the first night, so just be aware of that if you have any dog-shy people in your party. We would be happy to visit again in the future!
