We had a wonderful time! Great house for larger group, well stocked, and ski slopes are a short shuttle away. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Fun Home in a Great Location

We were a large group of guys celebrating in steamboat springs. We wanted a spacious home near the mountain for skiing. We found the perfect place - very clean, spacious, and beautiful layout. To top it off, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a great time at this house with our three families. Our boys enjoyed being on a culdasac so they could sled and snow fight. The adults had plenty of space and it was close enough to walk to slopes if we didn’t want to wait on the bus or Uber

Great space with a short shuttle ride to the mountain

Spacious 4 bedroom condo with easy access to the mountain. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. More towels, soap and hairdryers would be a welcome addition. Very nice place to stay!

Great place to stay, grab your bikes and bike to downtown or walk to the ski hill. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Steamboat duplex could be better

I was a bit disappointed not to hear about moving up the checkin by a few hours until 2 hours prior to the stated checkin time. Just hard to plan arrival without more notice. Then there was no bar soap provided for the bathrooms. Instead there was one little tiny travel size bottle of liquid soap for each bathroom. So I had to go buy bar soap for 3 bathrooms. Not a big expense but it should be provided at the price of this rental. The kitchen counter was dirty but I could not find spray cleaner so also had to buy that to clean the kitchen counter. The trash receptacle in the kitchen was not working properly and had evidently been noted by prior renters. One of the ceiling fans in the master would not work properly at high speed which was needed due to the summer heat. Finally, although I paid a cleaning fee the checkout instructions required us to do several things that should be included in a cleaning.

I booked this property because it said no pets allowed. I was super disappointed to learn upon checkin that this was not a pet free rental. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE. The floors. couches amd pillows were covered in hair.

Well stocked kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space. Surface level clean but could use deeper cleaning-in corners, under beds. Pots, pans and baking pans getting pretty worn.

Spring Break 2023

This property is AWESOME! The location is great! There was more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. Parking for 3 cars was appreciated. The new hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. Chris is very informative and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

Presidents Day

Overall a great location to the mountain and ski area. Riding the bus was simple and easy walk from house. The house was clean and very nice amenities. Hot tub was great to use after skiing each day. Recommendations: - more towels for large groups especially with hot tub - hanging racks for coats and shoes in main entry way - water pressure for showers Overall very pleased!
