Welcome to our family’s Steamboat retreat, loved since 1975 and now cared for by a second-generation sibling duo. One of the original resort units in the area, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath end unit offers a true slice of Steamboat Springs history—blending cozy charm with unbeatable slope access.

• Ski-in/ski-out access just a 3-minute walk away! Skip the hassle of parking, lugging gear, or corralling tired kids (I was carrying my own skis down this short walk by age 4!). From there, ski down and then hop on the gondola! A map of the ski access point is available on request.

• After a day on the slopes, gather in front of the wood-burning fireplace in a living room framed by dramatic two-story windows on three sides.
• The open floor plan makes it easy to relax, entertain, and stay connected—whether you’re enjoying a family dinner at the dining table or sipping a quiet morning coffee in the kitchen nook.

The spiral staircase is not for the faint of heart.the owner does make you aware of it in the description but in real life it is even more narrow than expected so be prepared to carry the contents of your bag up in pieces for safety.
