Unit was very large with beautifully equipped kitchen. Bonus was it even had a dishwasher! Yard was partially fenced which was an added benefit if traveling with a pet.
Only downside were the trains running in the middle of the night if you’re a light sleeper. Very clean and well maintained. Great value for the size and amenities.
The Property is neat, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the evening we arrived the heat had been off for several hours and the Unit was far too cold to stay. It appears there had been a power outage at some point and the heating unit did not restart. It took several tries over half an hour to get the heating unit up and running - we did have TM support from the property manager during that time. Once we got the unit running, we left for 4 hours to allow the unit to get warm. When we returned, it was improved but still not even 70 deg. During the night, the occupants of the unit above us came in about 2:00AM and made such a racquet that it woke us. Sound transmission from the unit above is such that you can hear conversation. I requested some level of compensation for our not being able to use the unit for the hours required for it get to a reasonable temperature. That request was denied.
This was an excellent deal. Got an entire apartment for a lower cost then staying in a hotel, plus you got all the amenities included. Place was nice and clean. Will stay again

This is an excellent value for the price of accommodation. You get a full apartment with laundry, dining room, and full-blown kitchen. Location is not wonderful as it is about 45 minutes from Anacortes by way of various country roads. Suburbia is a few minutes away, but the urban core of beautiful downtown Stanwood resembles a frontier town. There is an Amtrak station across the street which means an easy rail commute to either Seattle or Vancouver BC.
This place was great. I stayed here for work for a few days and the check is was easy and fast. The communication was excellent, giving me all the info i needed to check in. The place was clean and had everything i needed. Parking was right up front and the neighborhood was great. I would definitely stay here again.
