Wet and wild

The property was very adequate for our family of 9, 6 of them adults. It was very pretty and as pictured on Vrbo. Unfortunately, we walked into a leaking ceiling which resulted in 3 days of water dripping into containers on the dining room table.

Absolutely Perfect!

We chose this house for family in town for a wedding and it was perfect! First, I must say, the host is AMAZING! Very responsive, helpful and kind. The home is cozy with warm pine floors,beautiful furnishings and artwork. My family couldn't say enough about how comfortable they were at Broadway Breeze.The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the kitchen was excellently stocked. The pool and hot tub are lovely too! I would recommend this house to anyone who visits St. Simons and wants to experience real island charm. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, the beach and the village. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making my family feel so comfortable and welcome!

Amazing Getaway!

Broadway Breeze is a fantastic place to stay! The location was perfect for exploring both local attractions and the nearby beach. The house is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen made our stay feel like home. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Family Beach Trip

My family takes a trip to St. Simons every summer and Broadway Breeze was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed! The house is beautiful and the layout is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with spices and seasonings and anything you would need to cook an incredible meal. We did have one small hiccup with the downstairs thermostat, but Dave responded quickly and had it repaired in an hour. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Broadway Breeze for you next trip.

Beautiful home on a Beautiful Island

This home is a slice of history amongst live oak trees draping with moss. It’s comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Our family loved the pool and hot tub that we mostly used as an additional portion of the pool (not heated). The island is gorgeous, and we enjoyed great food, ice cream, shopping at the village, exploring on a golf cart and nearby Ft Frederica and Driftwood Beach on Jekyll. This house has a great location, as well. We had an issue with hot water, but Dave was great with communication and instantly responded to correct the issue. We would love to return. If you’re hesitant, don’t be! This home and island are perfect!

Fantastic Property

A beautiful house and pool, perfect for a large group. The host was very responsive and the listing was spot on. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, including pool towels. Good location and an easy bike ride to the beach to shopping.

Wonderful!!

This was our very first time visiting St. Simons Island and this home was perfect!! We rented golf carts and had so much fun exploring the island! Perfect vacation destination for all ages!! Wonderful neighborhood and great location near anything you could possibly need during your stay! The home was exactly like the photos…so quaint and comfortable!! The pool/spa was excellent! Communication was incredibly prompt…do not hesitate to book this home..you won’t regret it!!

SSI Family Trip

This is such a beautiful and very comfortable home !We had plenty of space and enjoyed the cozy reading nook, sun room and of course the pool and outdoor shower! The kitchen is very well stocked which made it easy to prepare family dinners. We would definitely love to return to St.Simon Island and this lovely home! There was great communication during the whole rental process. Thank you!

Gorgeous home!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Everything we needed for time well spent together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for family meals. Great location close to the beach access, grocery, local bakery, shops and of course the evening trips to the ice cream shops with the grands! That was about the only way we could get them out of the pool & backyard! Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful house that is great for a family trip or just being with good friends. Has a great layout and very spacious. The outside is wonderful! Sit on the front porch or enjoy the back pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the large patio area. Great restaurants and shopping that is walkable and easy 5 minute drive to multiple beaches. Will definitely be visiting again.

Wow! What an amazing visit to Broadway Breeze, a beautiful and comfortable escape in a great location on SSI. The heated pool, hot tub spa, & outdoor bath house set in an elegant travertine pool deck complete this SSI oasis. Our entire group had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return for future vacations!
