Our family enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. It was very clean and comfortable. It was one of the best equipped place that I’ve stayed. Beach access was great and also close to village, restaurants and shopping. All in all a great trip.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. It was perfect for a long weekend! The house was very well equipped. The only thing that would’ve made it perfect were some beach towels!

This property was absolutely adorable! The Georgia suite was by far my favorite part! But we will definitely stay here again. The rooms were comfy and the house was set up perfectly! Highly recommend

Over all the propery it super convenient to everything. Beach just a vlock away, pier and city center all walkable. Great for a weekend away with family

Great Getaway

My family and I were there to celebrate my grandsons birthday. This location was a perfect place, steps away from the beach and so close to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this location for anyone to come and enjoy.

Great Stay with only a few hiccups

The stay and house were overall wonderful, however it seemed that the house needs some upkeep that we alerted on. The management company responded quickly and handled amazingly. Overall, a great stay!

Great location and options

The location of the property was perfect. There were two public beach access points within a minute walk; the spots on the beach were great: clean, uncrowded, beautiful. Within a mile either way of the property, there were options for shopping, exploring, and eating, but if you wanted to stay in, the kitchen was well stocked and perfect for cooking in.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location! The owners were responsive to every question we had, including getting pest control in on short notice to help with an ant problem, which was fixed!The beach is literally across the street, and the Pier is a 4 minute jaunt up Ocean Boulevard. Make sure you claim the cozy recliner in front of the TV first!

Great place

We loved this townhouse. It's nice, clean, very close to the beach. It worked well for our group of 5 women. No one had a bad thing to say about it.

Amazing!

Beach was so close. Restaurants were close. Literally so perfect. We went for my bachelorette weekend and all my friends were saying how perfect the place we stayed was. Definitely would book again. :)

Excellent location close to beach

Everything was great, except they desperately need to replace the smelly sofa. Fabreze didn't do the trick. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Bathrooms clean, however both bathrooms could have used a 2nd non-slip rug in front of shower due to tile floors. Great location that was close to shopping and beach.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed on SSI a number of times and really liked the location; it was a short walk to Pier Village and very short walk to the beach. The pickleball courts were also close by.We loved the balcony - it was wonderful place to drink coffee, read a book (or check email) and bask in the morning sun. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast (and other times too). We really enjoyed our stay.

Home had everything you needed. Property looked just like the pictures. Clean and well maintained ..deck was brand new, UGA fans for sure 😀. We had a small problem with electricity in main living area, breaker box easy to find but when I got a spark, I had property manager come over. Julie, I hope I have her name right, responded quickly on phone and showed up to fix the issue quickly as well. Very pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay here again.
