it was easy to check in, the condo has a great view and right on the beach. The wifi was excellent, we had to work while there and had no problems at all connecting.

A Week at the Beach

I enjoyed my time and the fact that I felt like I was on the beach even when inside. I loved how close to the water it is. However, the coffee was undrinkable and the toilet paper was horrible. Also, although I parked in a spot labeled 406, I couldn't get my car back out and was unable to use my car. Someone told my friend it was the wrong spot, so I moved it.

Love the area

We love this area. This is our third year in a row coming. The condo was sufficient in what was needed, but could use some updating. The balcony was want really sold us choosing this one. The downside was the first full day we were there, the pool was closed due to some sort of pump malfunction. Also one of the main reasons we chose this condo, was having a pool. The pool was closed the entirety of our stay. Other than that, we had a great time.

We loved this condo! We are already looking at coming back next year. The owner was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything while we were there. Highly recommend this place to any families.

Four Generation Celebration!

Can’t beat the location,right on the ocean. We saw porpoises, gorgeous sunsets, collected shells, swam in the ocean and sat on the veranda to view the full starry skies. Pool was clean and wonderful. Four women family members, four generations age 3 months to 80 years.Had some problems with the parking, keys, and wish there had been a good frying pan. Lost some refrigerated groceries due to a warm refrigerator, but the problem was quickly resolved with a shot of Freon- on a Sunday.Would we return? In a heartbeat!

Relaxing Getaway with Beautiful View

The place was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The place was very clean. Some beach items were supplied like chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles. I did a bit of cooking and it had the pots and pans I needed. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed, was quiet, and overlooked the ocean. My children slept in the bedroom towards the front of the condo and said the noise from the street out front could get quite loud sometimes. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and will plan on staying here again as well.

Can’t beat the view!

Location and view right on the beach is amazing! Unfortunately, the recent hurricanes have taken a toll on the building and only a few local businesses were open. Still a lot of damage including no elevator (we stayed on the 4th floor) and no pool. Not a problem for us but could be an issue with some guests. Overall the views outweighed the inconveniences and management was very responsive! Given the conditions, the price was affordable for those views. We would definitely stay here again. This is a hard time for those that suffered so much damage from the hurricanes.

Beautiful place, could use a few updates. GREAT VIEW!

The elevator was broke, but we were told before our stay. They are working on getting the place back in order since the hurricanes. The actual unit is spacious, with an awesome wraparound porch with a great view. Appliances are old. Place could use an update, but nice for the price. We would book again, when the pool and elevator are working.

This is a wonderful property and the owners made themselves very easy to contact. Unfortunately the stay, through no reason caused by the owners, could have been better. Construction on the beach in front of the unit on Monday 9/23 kept us indoors that day. Heavy equipment and jack hammers doing work in the jetty made any outdoor activities at the property unavailable. Then the mandatory evacuation cut our visit short. Again, the owners were most pleasant and made themselves easily available to us. Overall, I would highly recommend thhis property to anyone.

Nice enough

Place could've been a little cleaner, especially the shower, mold and mildew along with left iver soap. My wife cleaned it again before our use. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, place could use some upgrades but for a last minute booking it served it's purpose. Would probably stay there again if the price was right

Great spot great owner

We had a great visit, this place is top notch. The previous negative reviews left are completely unfounded. Is the place a bit dated? Yes, but that is in the pictures. You know what you are getting. They are currently replacing some of the furniture. It's clean, the bed was great for sleeping, and the view and location to the beach cannot be beat. Met Charles, he was great, gave us a great recommend on a place to go to eat and it was a fantastic recommendation. We have stayed at VRBO's before, we will rebook this one. Our only mistake is we didn't stay longer.

The best gulf view

Parking in the garage is great, car stayed cool. Easy check in for sure. The condo looks the same as it did 15 years ago, but it was clean and we so enjoyed our scenery and the ease of going to the beach. I couldn’t have asked for more! We will be back and hopefully stay in the same condo, we love it!
