Step inside, and you'll find an open-concept living space on the second floor, where natural light pours in through a wall of sliding glass doors. The living room invites you to sink into a plush sectional, the perfect spot for unwinding after a day in the sun. Just beyond, the dining area and kitchen create a seamless space for gathering, whether you're enjoying a meal together or sipping wine from the built-in wine fridge. With stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to home-cooked dinners. But the true heart of the home lies just outsidestep onto the expansive balcony, where cozy seating and panoramic views of the intracoastal set the scene for quiet mornings or golden-hour cocktails.

The second floor also offers two beautifully appointed bedroomsone with a king-size bed, the other with a queenboth sharing a hall bath. This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
