We loved the easy access to the beautiful beach. Our unit was very nice and comfortable but was lacking kitchen utensils to cook.

Great hotel

We had family down from Canada and decided to treat them to a night at the beach. We stayed in one of the suites facing the gulf. It was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was construction going on but it didn’t ruin our time at all. The access to the beach was really convenient. We will be back.

Its an ok place, the kids had fun, the place is still in recovery mode from the hurricane. They don’t have a tiki bar anymore bc of it, but they do an effort to offer drinks. Dated facilities, many things rusted or paint is chipping, not much upkeep done. No housekeeping done all week, so you have to sweep all the sand if you want to feel clean.

Wonderful beach trip

We were wonderfully surprised by the property and it's condition after the recent hurricanes that it endured. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our condo was very surprising and had enough room for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

Still lots of things not cleaned from the hurricanes. Insane amounts of sand in the pools/hot tubs, pools weren’t heated…our server was fired mid-serving our meal. The AC was not working upon check in…after coming twice they were able to fix it.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. View of sunset was spectacular with easy beach acess. They have done a great job of cleanup after the Hurricane. Checkin was still on second floor but work was underway to get the 1st floor checkin repaired.

We arrived at Sunset Villas around 3pm. I went to see if our room was available and of course it was not.. the lady working at the front desk took my cell phone number and told me she would text me as soon as my room became available. Of course I never received a phone call or text. I was finally able to check in around five when I had to go back to the front desk. I was assigned a parking spot however there were somebody already parked there.. I asked to speak with a supervisor because at this point we have been there two hours and wasn't able to access our room. We only stayed one night. I was told that the Manager leaves at five and would call me the next day which of course they never did.. when we did finally access our villa it was filthy. Stains on the duvet and sheets that resembled blood. Mold and mildew in both bathrooms and an overall moldy smell. Terrible experience will not return.

I loved it!

It is a great place some steps away the ocean. The communication is great too!. Two comfortable rooms and two bathrooms. There is a full equipped kitchen and a partial view of the sea. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves good sandwiches! It has a pool for adults and another for kids. My family and I loved it.
