We had a very disappointing experience—especially compared to our prior stays at this same resort.Communication & flexibility around check-in were frustrating. We were already onsite & aware that cleaning had been completed, yet we were not provided the access code until the strict 4PM check-in. This felt unnecessarily rigid & set the tone for the stay.Upon entering the unit, we immediately discovered a major issue: both the kitchen sink & dishwasher were backed up with black, foul-smelling water. We had specifically chosen (and paid more for) this unit because it included a kitchen. When we contacted the property manager right away, we were told the office was closed & a ticket would be created the following morning. This meant the kitchen was unusable for half our stay with no immediate resolution offered.Cleanliness was also a concern. Carpet was visibly stained & dirty, stains on the couch & chair that made the unit feel poorly maintained overall.Lack of basic amenities was disappointing—especially given our previous stays at this resort. Other units included beach essentials (chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys). This unit did NOT. No extra blankets or pillows, & no basic shower toiletries. Hair dryer sparked when turned on, (safety concern).Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for the price paid. We chose this property based on past positive experiences at the resort, but this unit fell far short. Would not recommend staying here.

Quick trip to Treasure Island

We wanted to take a quick trip to the beach and were able to book this location last minute easily. The condo was clean and comfortable. The property has easy beach access and a beautiful pool and hot tub. I saw property management constantly cleaning the property grounds and pool which is above and beyond. I would definitely stay again!

Good but not great.

Condo was decent, it was comfortable enough for a 2 night stay. We noticed upon our arrival the unit has a weird odor, smelled like old, stale smoke. The unit was clean, but has carpet in the bedrooms, which just feels icky. The unit could definitely use some updating, the master bed was hard, the pull out couch was flimsy. The building the condo is attached to was nice. Good pool, small beach bar and right on the beach, so you can't beat that. Even though this unit overlooks the parking lot, there was still a decent view of the beach, which was nice. The condo was suitable for our 2 night stay, kitchen had adequate dishes and utensils. Check in was straight forward.
