AC Kept noise and woke me up the first night, there was weed smell in the hallway. There was no cold water, the toilet didn’t work. There was around 3 cockroaches in the room. Will never stay here. I left the next day and when I went to check out they said it was prepaid so I couldn’t get my money back.

Our west-facing room was very quiet despite the highway location. My main problem was that there was no window to open to get fresh air - the glass doors leading directly outside from our ground floor room were permanently bolted shut, leaving only the noisy AC unit for fresh air. The property has some lovely features (pool area, lobby and breakfast area) but our room needed updating (raised floor tiles, rusty lamps).

Beautiful pool area and flowers. Room clean and well cared for. Breakfast a bit disappointing with waffles as only hot entree and no fruit despite motel being full. Mr Babu was especially helpful safely storing our luggage when we arrived early.

No more comfort inn's

The room was dirty and smelled of smoke, we asked for a different room and were denied mostly for a third party booking. At 2:00 am, not able to sleep, I went to the front desk to complain about the smell and they said they would change our room the next day. After much complaining they did for our last night stay. I will not stay at a comfort inn again.

I really didn't care what you did to the breakfast menu , I've stayed at this Hotel many times in the last 20 years, You are changing a lot more money for a room and you are cutting the customers short, I don't mind paying a few more dollars but don't cut the quality, I'm sorry but I'll have to find another hotel to stay at ,

The hot tub is boarded up. The pool is freezing and not heated because they don’t have enough money to replace the broken heater. The breakfast was limited and did not taste good at all. The gym has 2 machines and is dirty. Absolutely not worth the money. My children and I were completely disappointed. False advertising for the hot tub and heated pool. I would like a partial refund but the manager just laughed and explained the owner doesn’t want to spend money to make the proper repairs. Everyone was complaining. Ridiculous.
