Gulf Blvd, shopping and numerous restaurants are less than a 3-minute drive away.
We are located in Bahia Del Mar in Isla Del Sol (Island of The Sun). It is a quiet, friendly community with its own private beach located on Boca Ciega Bay just a 5-minute walk from the condo.
This resort is very well run and nicely manicured and is ideal for mature adults looking to relax in a luxurious, quiet, secure vacation spot. Sleep well knowing you are protected by dedicated 24 hour onsite security patrols. If you are looking to party this is not the spot for you. Resort security has zero tolerance for partiers.
This unit has been completely renovated with premium finishes and boast all new furniture, new stainless appliances, a fully renovated kitchen with premium quartz counter tops, and custom tiled showers in both spa-like bathrooms.
This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfectly suited for sharing. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home, and each has its own bathroom. If you're sleeping 6, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room is large and comfortable.
The open LR/DR and Kitchen make getting together to enjoy the good times with family and friends easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials but there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute drive if cooking is not in the cards.
The community pool and hot tub are just a 1-minute walk from your front door, but far enough away so you can enjoy the quite times when needed.
There are plenty of marked walkways for walking or biking with-in the resort or you can venture onto the St. Pete's trail system that is at the edge of the resort. You can even bike to Fort Desoto Park if you're feeling adventurous.
The balcony has an amazing view of the sunset and the ponds with lighted fountains and there is a Ninga Electric Grill for outdoor cooking.
There are plenty of onsite guest parking spots just a few steps from the main entry as well as an electric charging station and car wash bay available just a few spots away.

Property was very nice. Had little difficulty with checking in due to the door sticking but owner was very quick to message back, even though it was late at night. The private beach was little further away than I anticipated but pool was close by and enjoyable to visit.

Wonderful place to stay near St. Pete Beach.
Our accommodations in Bahía Del Mar were beautiful. Our king bed was very comfortable. The master bath had two separate sinks which is perfect for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked and we weren’t wanting for anything. Pete and Cindy were good hosts and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We would gladly stay here again.

GRAN OPCION EN ISLA DEL SOL
El anfitrion es excelente, explica todo perfecto, cocina super equipada, es buena la zona (isla del sol). En áreas de oportunidad sería bueno que los canceles de los ventanales (terraza) se limpien porque estaban muy sucios. también como se acumula mucho polvo (imagino que por la zona) recomiendo a los propietarios que hagan un servicio de limpieza adicional cada 4-5 días, aunque no sea limpieza muy profunda (el anfitrion amablemente me contacto con una empresa de limpieza, pero como solo iba contratar por una o dos veces, el precio era muy alto). La alberca que le toca a este departamento es buena, pero un poco encerrada, en otros lugares de isla tienen una mejor vista y menos encerrado, fuera de eso muy bien. la foto que aparece como una oficina privada, no es privada sino que esta afuera del cuarto y en la foto pareciera que es adentro. nosotros planeabamos dormir a nuestra bebe ahí pero al final metimos la cuna en el cuarto. En general lo disfrutamos mucho y si vale la pena porque se ve que es un departamento recien renovado lo cual en la zona es dificil de conseguir, si lo repetiría.
