The room smelled damp and moldy. There was a strong smell of chemical air freshener attempting to cover the damp smell but only made things worse. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in and found a different hotel. Still working on a refund.

The hot tub was not working. That is the only reason I chose that hotel. I was going to cancel I couldn’t because I would’ve had to lose the money for the room. I think Hotels.com should have a way of canceling a room if there is something that is not acceptable without losing any money. When a property is advertised as having a certain amenity like a hot tub and it is not working, that should be noted somewhere and I should’ve been able to cancel my reservation without losing money
