Spacious, television in every room AND by the pool. Typical day to day items all available upon arrival. The smoke detector was letting us know the battery had died when we got there. In Florida there are bugs. That said, we saw and killed several roaches and palmetto bugs daily. We did report this to the owner and he said he could send traps. The house needs to be sprayed. Otherwise our stay was very nice, the house was nice and we enjoyed the pool very much.

Great place to stay

This place was perfect! Location was great close to everything only about 13 min from beaches. The house was amazing clean, setup and amenities. It was great to have the pool right off the the back porch we could listen to music or watch movies on the outdoor tv while in the pool or just sitting at the patio set. We had a party of 10 and fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place. We would stay again.

Great outdoor patio.

Our stay of 28 days was awesome. Weather permitting we spent most of our time enjoying the great patio and pool. The covered portion with television and BBQ for cooking were much appreciated. We would have reserved it again for next year but our time frame was already taken. Thank you Brad for a great vacation
