No front desk staf after 9pm and before 8 am. Inside hotel corridors are very narrow and not easy excess.
It’s a 3 Star hotel worthy of the rating. Very friendly staff they make you feel welcome. They also interacted with us before arrival, on the email, and ensured that a taxi is arranged when we arrived at St Moritz station. The city roads are steep and with bags, it’s difficult to drag them up these roads to the hotel, for that matter, to any hotel ! But on return we were happy to drag the bags down to the train station. Breakfast was good and adequate. Room was spacious with a kitchen and a refrigerator and a coffee machine. No tea bags or cream were kept, we have learned to carry them with us now. Overall quite a pleasant experience.
