Nice property, clean and friendly staff
I like you can walk almost anywhere, but the heat makes it hard to walk long distance. I hate taxis charge you is Barbados dollars but unwilling to give you change back in US dollars.
The 3ntire waitstaff was excellent. Barry checked on me before I arrived, which I appreciated. Monique was on point & eveyone was so friendly. I loved waking up to the sounds of ocean waves and island birds. I came to Barbados to hit the reset button and the Yellow Bird Hotel was an excellent place to do it.
What a wonderful stay with me hubby and my one year old. Even though we had to quarantine for five days the staff made sure everything that we needed was brought to the room in a timely manner. The environmental ladies always made sure the room was clean and smelling lovely. The staff is always working so hard(always see them moving). It was my first time back home in twenty years and yellow bird made it unforgettable. They are many restaurants/chill spots all around so perfect location.

My room was just right clean and comfortable,staff was really friendly and nice .My only issue was the lengthy time to show me my room, but overall it’s a good experience and lovely place to stay. I will definitely stay here again .
From check-in to check-out our experience at Yellow Bird Hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional, our penthouse room spacious and very well appointed, the complimentary a la carte breakfast on the waterfront terrace delicious and plentiful (request the homemade pepper sauce - it's fantastic). The hotel's central location in St Lawrence Gap is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars, and there is free off-street parking on the back side of the building. We should mention there is no elevator and the nearby bars play music past midnight on weekends, but we still highly recommend this hotel.
