Our second visit to 02 and although the price has increased significantly in the last 3 years we decided to treat ourselves. Overall we had a great stay, comfy bed, luxurious suite and amazing views from the balcony. Only being allowed one towel per person and not getting a sunbed on the beach on one day when the hotel had quite a few day guests were the only real negatives.

Just a 3 dressed up as a 9. The drink selection was decent, the main buffet was ok at best. The beach chairs and overall condition of the resort wasn't great. The chairs were dirty and cushions were ripped. The grout in the bathrooms were detatched from the walls. For the amount this place charges you should go to a real 5 star.

Very beautiful resort with really good food. The resort is actually impeccably clean. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff was extremely attentive. Just be careful when booking. I booked for 2 and noticed day before departure that the booking had somehow changed to a booking for 1 person, but at the same price for two! It was a little horrific as I had to pay considerably more upon arrival! Significantly more. Now I have a small claims court date to contend with. Very unfortunate. But the resort was a good one. I’ve been to many… it’s up there.

Overall felt like an upscale hotel experience more than a true all inclusive 5 star resort. The property is small but nice, the pools feel a bit too small to fully enjoy to be honest The food was great and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The service was generally good but I would avoid the tapas bar, there were strange vibes there and poor portion sizes (yes even for tapas). The beachfront is just okay, as a strong swimmer I was able to enjoy the water, but expect some decent sized waves and not really a type of beach to just relax in the water, although the nearby Dover beach is much more pleasant (but you'll need to pay to rent chairs and umbrella there. Overall it was a good experience, but not a true 5 star experience in my opinion.

The month of September is their off season. So the resort was not crowded. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. The adult rooftop pool and Oasis were closed for renovations. I received a letter from the resort advising me of these closures well after my trip was booked and about a week before the trip. That left only two pools, both of which are small and only one swim up bar. Our first full day the pool on the adult side with the swim up bar was closed until about 3 due to staff power washing the pavers on the walkway around the pool. The next day the pool was being cleaned so we were told we couldn’t sit around the bar area for a while. Give one pool was already closed for renovations, cleaning of the pool and pavers around the pool should have occurred before or after hours. Also, the beach and beach furniture was not kept up at all during our stay. It would have taken very little to clean the beach to make it more appealing for use. We had spa treatments which we really enjoyed. The views from the spa are wonderful and the staff is great. Dining at Oro (the only restaurant for which you have to make a reservation) was a real treat. And, breakfast every morning was really good and again the staff was very friendly. We went to the fish fry at Oistin’s but didn’t eat because the lines were long. But, there was a band and entertainment - it was a good vibe. Overall, besides the issues with the pools and the beach, I would recommend the O2 Beach Club and Spa

The rest of the staff were also incredible—Dwayne and Dominic were fantastic and made sure everything I needed was taken care of with a smile. Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay. This resort not only has beautiful amenities, but also an outstanding team that makes the experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

The room was really old and smelt of mold. It took more than 24 hours to sort it out. I was downgraded to a smaller and newer room, but had to pay extra. The rest of the staff by pool and resteraunts were really helpful and kind.

Property had limited dining, no entertainment, room service was not good. Staff were unwelcoming! Will never go here again because it’s not setup like a real all inclusive as well as not inviting from the locals. Should be advertised more as a hotel and for the price could have been a much better experience!

The entire stay was nothing short of relaxing and comfortable. O2's resort staff went over and above to show professionalism and hospitality. Additionally, the property is well-maintained/clean and the food was exceptional!
