The spa was great but the hydro area was so nosy that I could fully enjoy my treatment. My room had cold water for the first day and a half. There were soap scum and finger prints on the show door. My mini bar had finished empty water bottles left in there and it wasn’t restocked. My pillows and sheets had stains on them and it took four day of me complaining for the cleaning people to remove food out of my room. Lastly the room smelled damp nd moldy. I was quite disappointed because I stayed there last year and was looking forward to have an amazing experience as I did the first time. Employees look like they barely want to work which reflect in the service. I was very disappointed as I referred 3 family members to stay there as well.

This property has a way to go before it should be considered part of the Autograph Collection. The Diamond Club section appears new. The beach is amazing and the staff and people are very friendly. The food options leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast was typically the best mean of the day and the pastries were very good. The Caribbean restaurant was the best food and the steakhouse was decent. The over the water restaurant has a very limited selection and should not be advertised as a seafood restaurant if it only serves sushi. My husband enjoyed the sushi and said it was good. The room accommodations are crazy. When I made the booking on Expedia the room selection was an oceanfront room with “either 2 queen beds or a king bed” Weeks ahead of my trip I messaged the hotel and requested a King bed. Despite this we were given a room with two queen beds for a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff at the check in insisted that I “requested” two queen beds and offered to see if they could change it if another guest checked out. This made no sense as the hotel bookings are made in advance and they should have been able to tell exactly which rooms would be available based on occupancy. We were also offered a suite that was available if we paid an additional $1,800.00. Which I refused. Despite this we were never contacted again and spent a week in a room with two queen beds. The butler service is a nice touch and Monique was great! Long way to go. False advertising.

we paid for the upgrade to diamond club . they advertised a private swim up pool bar. they did not staff a bartender any day the week we were there. we had to get out of the pool to order drinks. they ran out of beer almost every day. ran out of food most days.

Overall this property is OK. The staff was cool, but I feel they only went out of their way if you spoke up for yourself. Them deluxe rooms were very uncomfortable in regards to mosquitoes and the showers were definitely outdated with a hint of mold in it. I would go back but I’d stay in the better rooms. We found the resort was at a good standard and all the staff were super friendly to make sure your stay was enjoyable. The fitness team were great every morning. The resort itself was beautiful, staff was awesome (Miguela and Sheresse top notch), We had the Diamond package but they just ran out of things too much… there was a limit on some foods and certain top shelf liquors were not available early in the day. We ordered room service one night and we were told there were no french fries, how is that possible. We went out to the pool at 10 AM and the towel stand told us there were no towels to go to the other stand.Things like that stood out, But the resort was gorgeous and has great potential if they fix those little things…
