The ground/beach were well kept, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the drinks were flowing. Things that stood out to me: 1. My luggage was left behind by the airline. At the front desk, the staff called the airlines and followed up until my bag came in and delivered it straight to my room. They helped me track the bag so i knew where it was all the time. 2. By the 3rd day, the staff knew our preferred drink at the restaurant and would have it ready as soon as we sat down without asking which we were very happy about. 3. The staff was friendly and ready to get things for us no matter where we were. They would ask if we needed a drink and bring it right to us. That is great service. The entertainers, from the cook to the vibe team, were all very happy people and it's so fun to see the staff truly enjoying themselves. It makes us feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves too. 4. It was quiet and even when there are events, there are many quiet areas around so you can go wherever you want to relax. The activities were fun and the times to relax were amazing. Overall a really good stay and i wish i could have stayed longer.

Property was very clean, staff was seen every day completing cleaning duties. Maid services were efficient. Food was tasty and hot, well prepared. Entertainment was always good each night. Staff went out of their way go ensure our stay was amazing.

I honestly feel like there is a lot for this property to work on. The resort shouldn’t lack energy because it’s not carnival season. I got food poisoning from Haven Grill. Monday to Wednesday was a retirement home. Entertainment staff were no where to be found during the day. The food options at the buffet were limited. For this to be my first Royalton, I definitely don’t see the hype at all.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Royalton Chic Adult All Inclusive. It was our anniversary. The door had a banner, and we had a free anniversary desert at dinner. The resort is beautiful with entertainment every day/night. Staff was very nice especially Alicia and Kevin at the front desk. We had an issue with our room not being cleaned for two days. Eventually we talked with the Resort Manager and the issue was resolved. Good options for food on site but some of the restaurants were closed because it was low-season (August 31 - September 5, 2025). The beach and pools are beautiful. I highly recommend stay here and we will return.

Property is nice. I had a few difficulties on day 1 with housekeeping but after that it was smooth sailing, our butlers Maxwell and Kurt made sure they straightened things out. My only suggestion is the buffet should have air conditioning in the dining area . Those fans are not enough . It was very hot sitting there eating .

Our stay at Royalton Chic Antigua was extremely disappointing, despite its “luxury” label. The outdoor dining made meals uncomfortable, and food service was slow, with limited drink options and frequent shortages. The overwater restaurant required a tip after a long wait for appetizers, despite being all-inclusive. The “Diamond Club Butler” service was ineffective, with limited availability and ignored requests. The room had a cockroach, the fridge wasn’t restocked, and there was no minibar. Pools were dirty, elevators were broken, and there was a persistent sewer smell. Towels were scarce, and despite online check-in, the process was lengthy. Airport transfers weren’t included, and the private transfer we paid for wasn’t private. The entertainment schedule was inaccurate, and excursions were canceled. Staff appeared unhappy, and service felt forced, with tipping being necessary for minimal attention. Our anniversary was ignored, and inappropriate comments were made about my acne. Overall, the resort failed in service, cleanliness, amenities, and hospitality, making it a complete letdown for the price. We would never return and advise against staying there.
