With its infinity pool perched over a stunning view of the azure Caribbean sea, this newly built interior designed villa provides the perfect holiday retreat.

Located in a secure, private, gated development and set in lush tropical gardens, the air-conditioned house provides 4 large ensuite bedrooms with voluminous living areas and generous terraces which lead directly down to the sea. The large kitchen provides indoor dinning and there is also wonderful outdoor dining under a covered pergola. The house is situated on the water via a dock which you can swim, paddle board and kayak from to the nearest beach in 5 minutes.

The house is located on the favoured sunset side of the island and is extremely conveniently located for beaches (5 min by car), restaurants (walking distance) and shopping (10 mins). The airport is also only 10 minutes drive away.

The house is perfect for both couples and families and comes with free wifi, Bluetooth wireless music, Satellite and Apple TV.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
