Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom apartment just 2 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from both downtown and the hospital. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby, this space is perfect for travelers looking for comfort and convenience. The entrance is step-free and easy to access, making it ideal for seniors. The apartment includes parking and reliable Wi-Fi for your stay.

The owner lives upstairs with two children, who go to bed at 8 p.m. While normal everyday noise is fine, if you require complete silence at night, this may not be the best fit. Otherwise, we’re happy to welcome you and make your stay comfortable and stress-free.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Very things was clean. Host was super friendly and helpful. Even left a 50 anniversary card and small bottle champagne for us when we arrived. The location was perfect because our flight arrives in the evening and the AirB&B was only 10 minutes away.We would definitely return here. Thanks Sunita

We had a couple of flight delays coming into St John’s. Sunita was very quick to assure us that coming in late at night would be no problem. The suite was spacious and very clean exactly as advertised.

The property was conveniently very close to the airport and in a nice neighborhood. The accomodation was exactly as advertised. It was bright, clean and comfortable with nice decor. Instructions were easy to follow and communication with the host was simple. All necessary amenities were provided. People upstairs could be heard a bit in the morning, otherwise it was a quiet place and quiet neighborhood.
