Porthmeor View has been lovingly restored and designed to present the perfect holiday home for families or friends. A stylish four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse located minutes away from Porthmeor Beach with sea views, on-site parking and a garden with an outside shower and BBQ. Porthmeor View is a short stroll away from St Ives Town Centre with its restaurants, art scene and boutique shops. A real jewel of a holiday home.

The spacious living room is situated on the ground floor and includes comfortable sofas, two snug armchairs, large wall mounted smart TV, two feature fireplaces one with a working woodburner. The sea views from the large widow are breathtaking overlooking The Island and Godrevy Lighthouse. The contemporary open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine , dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The large dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.

The large master bedroom on the top floor offers a king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and stunning sea views, there is also an ensuite with a heritage bath, walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC. The further three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is also an ensuite with shower wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The third bedroom offers a king size zip and link bed which can also be configured as two single beds, ample storage and a Smart TV. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds. The family bathroom situated on the first floor has a shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is a delightful decked private garden with furniture and a charcoal barbeque, a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine alfresco and enjoy the Cornish sunshine. There is the added benefits of an outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off the sand after a busy beach day and outside storage where you can store all beach equipment.

El alojamiento está en lo alto del pueblo, es muy bonito, la típica casa adosada inglesa, lo único es que las escaleras son un poco estrechas para gente mayor, pero es lo que hay por la zona. El salón es muy bonito, muy bien, decorado y amueblado, muy cómodo y con vistas al mar. La habitación superior también tiene baño en suite y unas vistas espectaculares. La cocina está muy bien surtida, e hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda. Hasta cuatro dormitorios, lo cual permite acomodar a dos familias de cuatro o a una amplia. El aparcamiento enfrente es de muchísima utilidad.
