From the street, enter this imposing building and after climbing two flights of stairs you’ll find yourself in a very individual apartment carefully styled with some bespoke pieces of both art and furniture. To the rear you’ll find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the lounge is perfect for relaxing after a busy day watching the Smart TV. The dining room has a table and chairs, and the kitchen is well-equipped with an eclectic mix of vintage furniture and crockery. A door from this room leads you out to the shared garden where you can soak up the sun and dine al fresco. There are two double bedrooms with the main one to the front providing fabulous views from the picture window. The additional, custom-made seating set immediately in front of it gives you somewhere to rest awhile and take in the views. A compact shower room is shared by both bedrooms.
Heading outside down the set of wooden steps from the living area there’s a garden to the rear of the property with an outdoor dining set for four – a lovely space to dine al fresco on a summer’s evening. The garden is set to lawn with a mix of shrubs and plants.
