Len’s Lookout, with its stunning panoramic sea views, has been designed to present the perfect holiday home for families and friends alike. A stylish two-bedroom apartment with views towards St Ives Harbour and Godrevy, off-site parking and a tiered garden with seating for four guests. Len’s Lookout is also just a short stroll away from St Ives Town Centre with its restaurants, art scene and boutique shops. A real gem of a holiday home.

The living area is bijoux and includes a comfortable sofa, a wall mounted Smart TV and sea views from the large widows which are overlooking St Ives, The Island and Godrevy Lighthouse. The contemporary open plan kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, Hotpoint curve microwave, electric oven and induction hob, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a breakfast bar which is perfect for lazy day breakfasts and a cheeky Bucks Fizz.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ample storage and access to the tiered back garden. The second bedroom offers a super king bed which can also be configured as two single beds, ample storage and views over the garden. There is a family bathroom with a shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is a tiered, decked private garden with furniture, a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine alfresco and enjoy the Cornish sunshine and the sea views.

To access the communal front door from the road, there is a small set of three stone steps to a slight uphill slope, this is followed by six stone steps to the front door. Once inside the building, a staircase of seventeen stairs, leads to the apartment’s front door. Inside the apartment, you will find a smaller staircase of eleven stairs, leading to the living area.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Lovely apartment

Location was a very short walk to town, shopping, restaurants and beach. Beautiful view. Management was very responsive. Welcome basket was a really nice touch. Suggest providing end tables in one bedroom, reception area and bathroom for toiletries. Overall highly recommend!
