I liked that there was coffee available for us to brew in the morning. The apt was clean. The stairs were a little steep to carry our suitcases up.

The appartment was very clean and it was obvious that it was renovated recently (including the bathroom and shower which is not something you see often). The beds are comfy and we appreciated the amenities. One of the room doesn't have blackout blinds and there was quite a lot of light in the morning. I had my sleep mask so I slept well anyway, but if you wake up easily when the sun comes up, I would highly recommend bringing one with you. Although very functionnal, the appartment is quite small and not the best place to hang out at the end of the day if you are a group of 3 or 4 (fine for 2 pp) as the table is right next to the couch with the TV on a side wall. We went out every night and use the appartment mostly to refresh and rest so it was perfect for our needs.St-Paul street is really close (within walking distance) and there is good food and drinks, much better than what Niagara fall can offer. You can get to Niagara falls under 25 min when there is no traffic. Same goes for Niagara on the Lake, it's a 25 min drive.Overall if you are planning a few days trip to the falls and surroundings, this is a nice spot :).
