Comfort Home Stays - Central Niagara Ideal For Families or Groups

This lower unit apartment is a 3BR 1BA lower unit apartment. You will be greeted with open concept space combining living and dining and easy to navigate kitchen. It has its own keypad for easy access no need for keys.

The bedrooms are located on the other side of the unit with a TV entertainment area. It has a lovely backyard where it doesn't feel like you are in the main street at all at the same time the convenient location can't be beat!

The key to this apartment is LOCATION and it is designed with an easy to access and easy to navigate which will make you feel comfortable and at home.

It is conveniently located in Central Niagara within 5-20 minutes distance to Outlet Mall, Niagara Falls, Niagara On the Lake, Niagara Benchlands Wineries, Port Dalhousie, Brock University, 30-45 mins to Buffalo and about an hour to Toronto. Walking to distance to Stone Mill Inn and Penn Centre as as well as Welland Canal Parkway Trail.

Other things to note:
It is a pet-friendly environment; however, we do charge a pet fee per stay ($75 for one or $100 for two). Events are also allowed and can be arranged with a fee just message us about the event so we can better serve you. We have a strict quiet hours between 11pm-6am.
There is a laundry area which is accessible to the cleaners; however, the door leading to the main unit is not accessible to them.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Very cute, clean and cozy house. Stayed with 5 adults. We had lunch and dinner at local restaurants and went to Port Colborne next day. If you are looking for quiet neighborhood this is the place to stay.
