This was a new hotel and I had no issues with the conditions of the hotel. The only problem I had was that the front desk manager charged me $10 dollars for parking at the hotel when I thought I had paid in full from booking it through Expedia. I booked all my stays at Comfort Suites nationwide through Expedia before and I was never charged for parking at any of those hotels. So I will never stay in this hotel again.
