Too many fees, extra costs added

It was nice, but what started out as an average good price per night quickly went way up with all the added fees. I mean, just put all these fees, except taxes, into your price upfront and be done. Cleaning, VRBO, registration, extra parking (at least two should be included), ECT, etc, just a bit to much. These 3 nights ended up way more than I wanted to pay... I won't do that again. Place was nice enough though, we had a good (expensive-(for us)) weekend. I've stayed at other places just as nice as this, or nicer, (& w/3 BR), lots cheaper. Just saying.....

Family friendly….

My only complaint was the “ no bikes, no this, no that”. The property is nice and right at the beach. We did deem it the “ No Fun Zone”- just don’t bring bikes or anything you’d need to leave on the patio.
