Two Weeks In Paradise

My wife, myself, outing two daughters, their husbands, and tow grand children were lucky enough to find Jimmy’s house on Verbo. It was exactly as listed and in a perfect spot. The beach access is Les than five minutes to walk and we drove over so that all of our beach stuff could be kept in our truck which made walking from the public lot to the beach simple. I have been to Saint Augustine many times and this house allowed us to visit all of the places of interest easily. Jimmy was very helpful and easy to message with quick responses from him. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jimmy for the use of your beautiful home. Oh and if you like Italian food make sure you stop at Violas which is less than a mile from the house. Best Italian and seafood restaurant around. We had a blast!!

Lovely House Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s house. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with a heated pool and friendly neighbors and plenty of space and privacy for 3 generations of my family. Jimmy is responsive, kind and a great host.

All the superlatives!

My family needed a place to stay when we came in town for a family wake/funeral. This home was fantastic for our needs. We slept well, had plenty of space to get ready, and really enjoyed coming back to decompress together. We prepared a dinner and had a nice swim. Jimmy’s communication was exceptional. If your family needs a place to gather, this is it. Clean, comfortable, convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Better than we could have ever imagined!!!

Our stay at Jimmy’s house was better than we could have ever hoped or imagined, thanks to Jimmy being an amazing host and the beautiful house in an ideal location. The house was not only cute, but also well furnished, and had every amenity listed (and more!). The enclosed backyard with pool was very clean, and even equipped with an outdoor shower! The location was perfect, set in an old Florida feel, off the main road and within 2-3 min walking distance from the beach, convenience store, pizza shop, and the best local ice cream!! Only about a 20 min drive to popular st Augustine locations as well! Jimmy was friendly, openly communicated with us and very quick to respond. I wish I could give a better than 5 star rating because of the evidence of attention to detail that made this stay an overall wonderful expirience!

Gorgeous, thoughtful property

Jimmy’s done an amazing job with this property! It’s well stocked, impeccably designed and super clean and comfy. We had everything we needed and the welcome guide book was a nice extra touch. We loved being steps from the beach and having a lovely pool and hangout areas for our girls’ weekend. The drive up was a little bit of a surprise being situated directly behind an old strip mall, but if you can look past the view from the front porch, everything was truly ideal. Jimmy is an incredible host and put a lot of thought into this place - communication was clear and efficient, and he made us feel right at home.

Great Stay!

Jimmy was a great host. He was very thoughtful and welcoming. The house was well decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the pool every day and the beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Don’t look any further for a great place to stay

Arriving at the property was exactly as shown. Such a comfortable and beautiful home. Jimmy, the host, thought of everything to ensure our stay was perfect. The house is nicely decorated, furnished, and well equipped. Full length mirrors, hair dryers, curling iron, dirty laundry baskets, iron and an ironing board, even batteries were available to make our every need covered. Jimmy was very communicative checking to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. I plan on coming back to vacation in St Augustine and will definitely be staying here. My family had the best stay here. Thanks Jimmy!

Perfection!

I stayed here with my boyfriend, my elderly parents, my sister & brother-in-law, and two teenagers. What a beautiful, spacious home and pool area, equipped with EVERYTHING you could need. Everything is brand new and INCREDIBLY CLEAN. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates from the owner… so thoughtful! We used the outdoor grill, the oven, and the crockpot for dinners. There was plenty of lounge space outside next to the amazing pool, and just a short walk across the street to the beach (also very clean and not too crowded). Plus, you’re just steps from a delicious ice cream shop, and about a 10 minute drive (just far enough from the crowded hustle & bustle) to downtown St. Augustine. Jimmy made the check-in and check-out process effortless, and was so quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in St. Augustine at Crescent Beach. It was PERFECT!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was well equipped for anything you may need while staying near the beach. Kitchen had plenty of tools/equipment to cook anything you may want. Also, lots of towels and supplies were provided for use while staying there. Very clean and great location. Close to beach and restaurants and we greatly enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

Family 2024

This house was absolutely spectacular. The pool in the back was a bonus for my family. The house has beautiful wall art by the owner. Another bonus was the location of the home. We like to pack up and drive on the beach. We were able to do just that without a long drive through alot of traffic to enter the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was available at the house. The host was absolutely the best and made sure daily that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. No need to keep looking if you have come across this house while looking for a place to relax and enjoy family. I promise you will have NO regrets. Will definitely stay again if in the area and its available. A big thank you to our host for allowing my family to stay in his home while enjoying family for our annual beach trip. Candi Owens

modern and spacious beach getaway

Spotless, brand new home with vaulted ceilings, light, and plenty of room and privacy. The pool area is enclosed and private. The teens loved having their own little sitting and TV area upstairs, between their rooms! Kitchen is big and well laid out. House is on a quiet tiny road set well away from cars. Cross the street and you are at the beach! Jimmy is an incredibly gracious host, super responsive and thoughtful. This place is a 10 out of 10, highly recommend! We will be staying here again next visit to the beach and St Augustine.

Perfect home, great pool!

This house was so welcoming and spacious, with a perfect layout for being together or for finding a little space of one's own. Jimmy was an amazing host - more than responsive, he also regularly reached out and was helpful with everything. We had a ton of fun at the pool! Kitchen was well stocked for smoothie bars!

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time. The location was perfect . The beach was right across the street and a great little restaurant on the corner. The ice cream shop in the little strip mall was a nightly favorite. The pool was a perfect temperature and a nice break from the beach. Would definitely go back!
