Spacious 4/5 bedroom property in the heart of St Albans. The property is located on Verulam Road less than 3 minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and bars of St Albans High Street.

Verulam Park and St Albans Cathedral are within a 5 minute walk and St Albans City Station, with regular Thameslink service trains into central London, is a 10 minute walk.

The property has a stunning modern kitchen with fitted modern appliances and spacious living room/dining area with French doors leading to the enclosed rear garden.

There are 3x double bedrooms. The attic room has its own ensuite with shower. There is also a single room and a sofa bed is available downstairs.

There is a toilet on the ground floor in addition to the main bathroom and ensuite in the loft conversion.

There is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property with private parking.
