Short getaway

Nice little side apartment in quiet Florida neighborhood. Maybe a little small if your bring 2 or more older kids, great little space if you coming for a short gateway. Would recommend ( bigger than you would thing)

Reunion with Fam/Friends

Everything was as stated online in the VRBO app. Nice well put together little place to stay while visiting our family& friends while in Spring Hill. Great location. Right in the heart of every place we would be going to. Hope this place is available when we return next year. Owners were great. Would recommend staying here...

Great property to stay if you dont have to work at home

So i stayed 2 weeks after selling my home. Unfortunately i still needed to work which I do from "home". In this unit the entire main wall is shared with the owners and you will see in the pics where the table was. During the day all I heard was slamming closets, cupboards the washer and dryer ect everything was that wall. Wasnt able to focus on my job. There are also somethings the owners should have checked and attended to prior to guests staying not waiting for the guest to bring up the concern, but once brought up was addressed immediately and taken care of. she is very communicative no issue at all there . With that being said If you dont have to be there 24/7 to work its a great place...shower of your dreams, big tv in the bedroom, big closet, a nice full size fridge and freezer and a table. Very well air conditioned. The neighborhood is quiet yet very close to everything. The internet is great if you need to do some stuff while there.The unit was clean and well taken care of. Really nice closed off private "yard space" with 2 chairs and a table to chill when its not 200 degrees out It was nice and quiet at night no early morning awakenings.If i didn't have to work from home i would definitely stay here again. Nothing is perfect in life and hopefully with my review they will maybe factor in some of the information provided.

Nice getaway!

Came here to stay to visit my brother who was graduating. Perfect little spot to stay. Yaime was very responsive and always gave plenty of info. Would definitely visit again!

Nice little peaceful & quiet place

No complaints whatsoever. Yaime & his wife are two very wonderful people who are very kind & considerate & willing to immediately resolve any issues that arise. The place is small, but I was not looking for a palace. It is perfect for what I need, VERY peaceful & quiet, with no barking dogs or barking human beings. Everything worked just fine. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Easter break

Quiet and uneventful. Bed should be upgraded to a queen size instead of a full size. Refrigerator door opens from the wall, instead of towards the wall(right to left). It should open left to right. It makes it hard to get into. Especially with the couch right there. Bathroom was large, plenty of room. Lots of closet space. We would stay here again.

Great stay

If you are looking for something for 2-3 people in Spring Hill, Florida this is a new rental. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The host was rapidly responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again while traveling to Spring Hill

Close to Brooksville

The location and stay was fabulous. We had free roam to come and go as we pleased. The host, Yaime was quick to respond on all my questions. The only one thing was the bed was small for a couple and 'very' firm. Everything else was spectacular. I'd recommend staying there.
