The Property has three units to offer privacy, yet a community feel when traveling with a big group. Each unit has its own smart TV, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and bedrooms. Two of the units have their own washer and dryer! Free high speed internet, free parking in the back yard, private alley access, extra street parking, and all the amenities.

First level:
Unit 1- Studio with King Bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining table
Unit 2- (side door access from back parking lot) One bedroom with King bed, one small bedroom with 1 twin bed (you access this bedroom through the king bedroom), large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer.
Upper Level:
Unit 3- Two bedrooms, one with King and two Twin beds, second bedroom with Queen bed, one tall queen air mattress with built-in pump, extra bedding, bathroom, kitchen, dining table and living room.

Guest Access:
The entire place is yours! The best access is from the alley to the private parking lot that leads to the deck and side entrance. The front door leads to the stairwell where you can split off to any of the 3 units.

The Neighborhood:
This on-the-rise neighborhood is close to parks, food, trails, and more! One block from Kendall Yards and the Centennial Trail.

Getting Around:
Lime Bike, Uber, Walk, Lime Scooter, City Bus and more

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property.

Other things to note:
The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. However; there is two bedrooms on the main floor!

- The owners do the best they can to remove any snow prior to your arrival, but de-icer and snow shovel are available on the back porch if you should need them.
