Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place, Close to GU and min to downtown areas.

There are 5 separate rooms in the house that are all rented out to other guests, there are 2 shared bathrooms and 2 shared kitchen areas.

Each room has its own mini fridge with a small freezer, smart tv's with access to Netflix.

We also have a coffee and tea bar available to all guests.

We provide one roll of toilet paper and some paper towels for each stay.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Surprisingly Amazing

I have never rented just a room before so I was initially pretty hesitant. However my concerns were lifted once I got there. The house was very clean, easy to get in/out of, and although all the rooms were booked I didn’t even see anyone else who was staying there. Would definitely stay again, thank you so much for such a good stay!
