Parking is not available. One has to drive around and find parking in the nearby street parking areas. Other than the parking issue, the property location and tidiness are excellent, staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Great space on the edge of the palace. Had many tours planned and all within walking distance to starting point. Had a wonderful meal at a highly rated restaurant literally around the corner. Great value for the location and quality of the room.

The room was located on the outer walls of old town down from the Golden gate. It was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to be quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were well appointed. Enjoyed our stay!

A very nice, clean, well kept property steps away from Diocletian Palace. Staff very pleasant & helpful. The Riva (waterfront), 5 min walk. Easy access to ferry’s & bus station. Property had a small fridge & coffee station. Bakery, grocery store, Coffee Bar & restaurants close by. We were happy that we took the offer for airport pick up. The property entrance door was discreet and may be hard to find. Staff member came down to greet us. Note - there are stairs. Lots of people walking by but nothing that kept us up at night. We would stay here again.

Great place! The staff was super friendly with excellent communication along the way. We got there much earlier than our check in time and it was no issue at all for us to leave our luggage in their office. Do be aware all rooms are second floor and above so there are some stairs to navigate. Awesome place.

Really beautiful spacious rooms right on the wall of the palace! Looked out over a park which was lovely. Rooms were very well appointed and bed was quite comfortable. Staff was so helpful. Definite recommend!! Be aware that there is no elevator though, so if you have stair issues this might be a problem.

Great place, great location

Superb. The property was easy to find and we were greeted by Marina who took us through the check in process quickly and easily, showed us to our room and explained how such things as the air conditioning worked. The room was excellent, a great size, big bed, large tv, good sized bathroom and very clean and tidy. Situated just outside the Diocletian's Palace the accommodation is right in the heart of Split so you are within the palace walls in 2 minutes and on the sea front/harbourside in 5 minutes.

Location was great just right outside the entrance to Old Town. Very secure as there were 3 locked doors to gain access to our room....outside door had to be buzzed in (until we had our keys), the door to the 4 apartments on our floor and then our own room door. While the building itself is old, the room itself has been updated with all modern conveniences. So many power outlets to use with 4 just at the table. Roomy floor space and tall ceilings. Our corner room has both windows looking out at trees. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Split.
