Customer Service Issue

The facility and staff were great. Location was close to downtown area for restaurants and shops. The issue I had was a medical emergency came up and had to the trip short one day. I called to cancel the second night and was given a hard time. Not sure if they billed me for both nights or let me out for one night.

Spring break

Hotel was lovely, great location nice pool and private beach area. The only thing I would say was a negative was the housekeeping. The basic cleaning of ou toilet wasn’t up to standard for the 6 days we were there.

the property was well maintained. The flowers, roses, were in full bloom and beautiful. I loved being able to walk on the pier. So very peaceful.

I almost hate to give a review. This little hidden gem in Southport is my favorite! I live in Wilmington but love to come here for a little staycation! Everything about it is perfect!
