Traditional Stonehouse

Holiday house with 150 qm living space. Living room with integrated kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a guest toilet. Convenient and practical. Electricity is supplied to the house with a solar system, hot water with a solar water heater and stove works with gas. No TV, but room to listen to music, read and play. 5 GB for e-mails etc. are available.
The house is ideal for a large or two smaller families. The distance to the beach is 2.5 km.
On the large property there is an olive and figs grove, a spring and a vegetable garden, where can be harvested depending on the season.
The vacation home features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The house is very quiet and cozy and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen. The balcony and the terraces offer lots of shady places to relax over the course of a day, and it’s a short drive down to the beautiful beach at Potistika. The fig trees and grape vines in the yard were full of fruit. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in South Pelion

We received a very warm welcome by Konstantinos, the owner, with fresh water, oil and wine. You can take several fruits and vegetables from the garden. Silence, relax and nature! The beaches in the nearby are often windy, but you can enjoy the tabernas as well as wonderful views and landscapes.

Entspannter Urlaub in liebevoll eingerichtete Landhaus

Den grossen Garten haben wir intensiv genutzt. Im und um das Haus herum findet man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattige Plätzchen zum Verweilen. Sehr schoen auch der Balkon in Richtung Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle maison aménagée avec gout permettant de profiter du calme de la campagne et des joies de la plage (5mn en voiture) et de visiter le Pelion. Très bon accueil!
