The room was clean; the service was great, and so was the weather! This is our 2nd time back and we will be back this spring. The only thing we noticed is the beds squeak when you sit on them and they are hard.

This was our 5th stay here. Each time we have had issues with the room keys not working and needing to get new ones at the front desk. This was by far the worst time. Immediately after check in we couldn’t get in our room. We have decided to stay next door at the Hilton or Marriott next time since we really like this location.

The room had roaches, although we got moved to a different room. The hotel lost power, there was not electricity and phones were not working. We checked out early because it was too hot and uncomfortable to stay. The front desk said we will get refund. I have tried call multiple times with no response and no refund. This is going on 2 months and we have not heard from the hotel management

I’m giving them three stars for this current stay because there was a lot of construction going on and that affected things a lot. Only one elevator was working. The room they initially put me in was right next-door to where they were doing tons of like painting and there was a chemical smell, but they did move me to a different room on a different floor. I will say that their staff are always very friendly And they do their best to try to accommodate you. But it was weird that there was no soap in the bathroom in my initial room and I mean nobody so no hand soap. No soap at all and when I went to my new room, there was also no soap. And I asked another guest on the elevator and they said there was no soap in their room so it seems they were out of supply of a very basic item Although the front desk did supply some when requested. They always have a really good breakfast and that was the same for this day. I just think that it would be better to visit them after they’re done with all the remodeling. I’m definitely willing to give them another chance but I felt like maybe right now is not the best time for them to have guests

The staff was great they always are. My only complaint is the shower. There was no hot water, the shower head was so high I got no water pressure and there were no shelves in the shower stall to put my things like razor soaps shampoo that sort of stuff. The water coming out of sink faucet was hotter than the shower.
