Located on the ground floor, this condo features updated tile flooring throughout. The kitchen and living room area is an open concept.
The living area offers guests plenty of seating space to sit, relax, socialize with friends, and look at the ocean! The flat screen tv is perfect for watching sporting events, news, movies, and shows. Guests will love preparing meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The large granite kitchen countertop allows a spacious area to prep food. Located off the living area is a spacious beachfront balcony where guests can feel the ocean breeze in their face, and take in views of South Padre's beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom features a coastal and comfy king size bed. There is a flat screen tv in this room as well for guest's viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. We really enjoyed the space and layout. Location was fabulous and easy to get in/out to the beach and back. We would rent this unit again.

Nice But Could Use Some Upgrades

The location of this unit is UNMATCHED, with nice views of the ocean and just a quick walk to the beach we could not have asked for anything more! The condo had a supple amount of linens and towels but we were surprised a week before our stay with an email full of items that we would need to purchase from the local stores to make our week long vacation enjoyable. It was an extensive list. We had family staying in another condo just down from this unit and their condo was fully stocked . The guest bathroom drains were slow draining, including the bathtub and sink and in the master bathroom it looked like the drywall near the tub stayed continually wet pointing to potentially a leak in the wall. The unit was fairly clean upon arrival and does not have a washer and dryer which is a big drawback for us. Overall, we would come again just a few things that we would change to make this a 5-Star review.
