Our stay was ok, nothing fancy. The beds were iffy, very springy and a little questionable if they were going to break. The AC unit leaked, and the pool was questionable if it was clean.

Mediocre stay just cuz of the staff

While checking in, front desk staff was missing for about 15 minutes. Finally they came out. They required a 7$ resort fee that i had no idea about. aside from that, they required a 60$ (CASH)deposit in order for me to check in. i had to drive up to a store to withdraw cash. Low customer service as if its your privilege to stay in this place. at 7:45am when i was ready to check out and get my deposit back, the lobby was closed. I called a number in the door and they said they would open after 8. I give the managers or owners this place worst than a mom and pop place on how they run it. The room was good in general, beds are very springy and not the best if that's what you are looking for.

We had to pay $150 deposit without any prior notice. We were told to turn off loud music at 10pm but there was an entire party in the pool with about 30 people that were blasting music all night. Upon check out, we were charged $20 out of the deposit due to my purple toning conditioner leaving a purple streak on the towel. Mind you that it’s COMPLETELY washable and it barely spotted on the towel.

The hotel is old, dirty towels. The hotel picture is misleading. I checked in then decide to check out after look at the room. I rather lose the money than stay then be worry about safety. Never come back .
