Family vacation

Rented ocean vista 105… everything went great and we all had fun… check in was simple…. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this condo and none of them have disappointed

Second stay at Ocean Vista Towers 105

This place is great! Highly recommend it for you. We have stayed here twice and my grandkids have loved it. Close to swimming pool and beach, quiet and secure. All the amenities provided are great. Don't have any complaints after staying twice for a week at a time. Rod & Rosa are great hosts and respond quickly to all concerns and questions! Loved it and will be back!

South Padre Extended Weekend

The property is nice. The beds are super comfortable and private. The master is huge! The Condo is located right by the beach. We had a front seat for people-watching and easy access to the pool. Rod & Rosa were great hosts and very helpful when we needed assistance.

Great Stay!

This vacation could not have been better. The accommodations were excellent. The house was well furnished with all the needs for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee maker. The family was very happy with easy access to the beach and the pool. As soon as we entered it felt like home. We definitely will look for this unit for next year! Thank you very much for assisting in our recharge!

Great getaway on the gulf

This was our first time in South Padre Island. Enjoyed some great R & R. Being on the first floor gave us quick access to the beach. Maybe having a high table and chairs on our patio would have let us see the beach better from our place. Ocean Vista was a good place to stay as it was walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. This condo met all our needs. The beds were very comfortable.

Our trip was amazing as always. The condo host was wonderful. We did encounter a plug not working and needed a can opener. The host Rod and Rosa took care of both issues quickly!! The condo is very comfortable. This one is on the first floor right by the pool which was amazing for our group!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

When i rent with Blue ocean vacation is always a breeze. Its our getaway from home. We love it because its so cozy. The minute you walk in, it feels like you are walking to a tropical island. From the cleanliness, the atmosphere, its outstanding and im not exaggerating. The communication with the owners is a key for us to keep coming back. They always make sure everything is good from the minute that you get to the condo till you leave. Its completely equipped kitchen, laundry( this is great so you don't have to take wet clothes back home) I look forward to go back very very soon with my family.

Perfect location

Love this part of the beach. So much we enjoy is within walking distance. The building is quiet and very easy to access. We were very happy with the accommodations and while the ease of being on the first floor with a small dog was very appealing, the view of the ocean from the patio was limited. We were happy we could still see it but would recommend bar height chairs outside to help. It really did have everything we needed and even cooked several meals in house. The local grocery store, liquor store is super close for any last minute needs. It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t need to reach out for anything! Thank you. We will be back.

Great Location - pool and beach access

We will definitely stay again. Clean, organized, great amenities, fully equipped with the essentials, seems remodeled recently and very functional. We loved it! What I would urge the property manager to improve is the check-in process, the gate code was wrong, although they were responsive, it took a while to figure out and pass on to me, there was no instructions where the front desk is and hours of operation, so I could not even ask someone to let me in to reach the front desk. The car sign had the wrong ap#, and wrong dates (showed checkout before my stay), and it was unclear if there was a parking spot assigned. The welcome kit does not specify the need for wrist bands. After the check in hurdles, the welcoming of the apartment was great, the TVs set to soothing images and songs was a VERY nice touch. The whole stay was amazing, and checkout was smooth. Thank you so much Rod & Rosa.

Wonderful Location

Traveling with a dog limits your stays. After researching, I finally decided on this place. What a great location. It's a 12 level condo but having access on the ground floor with a KING size bed was amazing. The pool access/view from the condo & short distance to the beach is perfect. The building is older but condo owners have done some updates. It is very comfortable & clean. I was able to walk barefoot which I don't normally do unless it's my home. There were plenty of plush towels; washer/dryer & dishwasher (which are a huge plus for me). Never had maintenance issues (reported minor things as people complain but never report them) The grounds/maintenance personnel keep that place in tip top shape. They clean the pool everyday (which is how it should be). I'd definitely stay there again. Oh and people are friendly at South Padre! Keep Texas friendly the way I remember it.

Perfect as always

Beautifully decorated/furnished ideal first floor condo, walk right out to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Beach chairs/toys etc provided as well as start up toiletries and kitchen essentials. We cook our meals and the kitchen has everything you need to do so. The staff are all friendly and helpful. BOVR provides detailed information and quick to respond if needed. Highly suggest OV105

Stayed here several times throughout the years, never disappointed. Very well maintained condo/complex and is close to everything. Probably won’t be able to stay next year with another grandchild on the way.

AWESOME

We had a great time at Ocean Vista Tower 105. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The condo is very well maintained and clean and being its on the 1st floor was very convenient! Would absolutely recommend to anyone to stay there!
