This condo is in a fantastic location with private access to the beach! Everything was super clean and we especially loved that there were some coffee pods included, popcorn and great toilet paper too! Definitely recommend!!

We try to make it to the island every year, and this was by far our favorite stay! I booked this condo based on the floor to ceiling windows, and they did not disappoint. The views were absolutely stunning. We spent every morning on the balcony watching the sunrise.This was my sister’s first trip to South Padre, and she was just blown away by the beauty.The walk to the beach and pool was easy and convenient. The kids loved the deep, clean pool, and the beach toys provided were fantastic. They were also thrilled to discover a chest full of board games to play.The condo itself was incredibly well stocked. Everything we needed was provided, and it was clear the owners spared no expense on upgrades. Everything was top notch.A truly magical stay! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous condo!

This condo was perfect for us. We had a balcony where we could watch the ocean with no buildings blocking our view. And the balcony had chairs; not all of them did. The condo had upgraded flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances and bathrooms. The island decor was cute, including the artwork, lamps and bedroom furniture. We liked the towels and there were plenty of them. There were even beach items and beach towels for us to use. Becky was very responsive and helpful. The building itself is older, but you forget about that once you’re in the condo. We could have paid more to go to a place with a better pool, but the ocean views from the condo were not as good.

Family Visit

We had a great stay with a wonderful view of the beach. The size of the place was perfect size with plenty of amenities. We loved having the pool downstairs for easy access. The location was ideal because of all the restaurants. Also the beach is easy to access. Overall it was ideal for our family of four. I would highly recommend.

Perfect beach condo

We awoke every morning to the sunrise directly out the floor to ceiling windows. We used the supplied beach towels and chairs and toys to enjoy what seemed like a reserved spot on the beach directly out of the building. We walked over to Mahi Nic's for lunch and took the advice of the included binder to go on a dolphin tour that absolutely rocked. We took the time to drive around to Boca Chica beach and see the rocket factory close up. An absolutely wonderful Spring Break, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks Mark and Becky.

First time in Padre

The property is located a bit off the beaten path so it’s quiet and not too crowded and less condos all around. You can walk to the jetty and we even saw turtles over there. The condo has all the beach essentials you’ll need which is amazing if you have kids, even a wagon! The view is beautiful and Becky is very kind. She even mailed me the Polaroids I forgot on the fridge. Would go back for sure!!

Great summer getaway

Our first visit to South Padre Island was fantastic, and this property exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the place was just what we hoped for. The location on the beach offered the perfect blend of convenience and privacy for our family. We especially appreciated the availability of beach accessories. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Great place to stay!

It’s the details: the beach toys in the closet, the remote-controlled shades in the master, the huge washer and dryer in the unit, etc. They all made our stay that much more comfortable. We’ve stayed in other Sea Vista units before, but we liked this one the best! It’s a straight shot to the elevator and super easy access to the beach. We had a great trip!

All I can say is "Wow!"

I had an incredible first trip to South Padre Island. Becky and Mark are wonderful hosts. The condo was fantastic and surpassed all of my expectations. It had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation: a fully stocked kitchen, a closet filled with beach essentials, including towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon for transporting everything. The beds were really comfortable, and the beach view was absolutely breathtaking. All I can say is "Wow!" Thanks! I'm really looking forward to staying here again. ~ Patty

Updated, clean condo in great location with perfect view

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. We are long time visitors to SPI and have stayed many places and think this was our favorite! The condo grounds were immaculately kept with nice pools, tennis courts, and easy access to the beach. The condo itself was equipped with everything necessary to make our week long stay for our family of 4 enjoyable and comfortable. We especially appreciated it having plenty of beach towels, and umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc for the beach. The view of the beach couldn't have been better (huge window from the living area as well as the primary bedroom). Location on the 3rd floor and a great balcony allowed for the perfect ocean/beach view. We very much look forward to returning!
