They overcharged 5.00dollars over the set price pretending Service charge????

They had no small washcloths or soap. When asked about it, they were very nonchalant and dismissive about it at the front desk. The cleaning ladies were awesome, they were more help. The pool was nice and the bed was as well

horriblle does not describe. This place is dirty, filthy, moldy. The grounds are filthy and the room was worse. There were leaks in the ceiling, actively dripping (and it wasn't raining) brown water, the toilet leaked from the bottom, there were holes in every wall, the vanity was falling off the wall, the walls were absolutely disgusting as well as the bed sheets, the lights in the main area didn't work (one was missing a bulb), the bathroom door would not close, the entry door to room had a gap an inch wide. Told clerk we wanted to check out and were told we would not get refund. . The end result we had to wait until next morning. We slept on top of the towels on the bed. It was THAT BAD. Do not let the pictures fool you this place is a dump. The smell of cigarettes, urine, mold, mildew and filth. We checked in, complained about the mold in the ceiling, we were given another room in the corner which looked like the door had been kicked in several times safety latch broken off, non of doors secured or closed properly. Pool is not safe, plus people out there all night.

Average Could use a facelift remodeling In need of bigger pool

It's close to the beach and good restaurants around the hotel

The floor in the room was wet with something greasy. My wife almost fell. The toilet was constantly backed up. The lamps were missing lamp shades. The tv didn't work. The cable service was out as was the internet. The lock on the door was broken. The door was broken and felt like it was made of cardboard. There was not enough parking. I was told to park in front of a building and my truck was towed and I had to pay to get it out. The cleaning crew took the towels from our room, but didn't leave any. We had to ask several times to get two towels to shower with. The "free breakfast" consisted of a waffle maker where you cooked your own. It was located on a counter directly in front of the desk to check in which was in a room maybe 10 x 10. There was packages of coffee in the room but no coffee maker. There was one regular pillow and a small pillow like a decorative couch pillow wrapped in a pillow case for a king size room for two.

DOORS DIDNT WORKED, WAITED FOR MOR THASN AN HOUT TO GET IN THE ROOM.

The room was functional if that's all you need. It lacked a welcoming comfort feeling and felt more like just a "room with a bed" and couch kinda feeling if you catch my drift. The stairway broke on my last day. The parking lot was very uneven and small. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was functional but have no feeling of repeating a stay here.
