Timber Lodge Resort by Marriott is located at the base of the Gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort. Timber Lodge offers spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath villa suites with fireplace and full kitchen. Additionally, it has two sofa beds for kids or guests. Timber Lodge is located in a village filled with restaurants, shops, and is walking distance to the Casinos. There is a grocery store across the street for stocking the fridge for meals at lunch with a break from the slopes, or apres ski snacks, beverages, or dinner. There are mountain snow views, and lake views. Heavenly is one of the biggest ski resort mountains in Tahoe, with 27 lifts and amazing views of Lake Tahoe area. This mountain offers a huge variety of trails for every skier or snowboarder. Lessons and rental equipment also available next to Timber Lodge, and a ski valet for equipment when you come off the slopes. This is the best location in South Lake Tahoe and you can ski down the mountain to the village, or take the gondola down.
The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, 2 bathrooms, and a fireplace.
