"The first room I had had an issue with the door unable to shut properly. The lock was unable to operationally lock the door and I felt unsafe. The other room I got it replaced with had a separate issue where the door doesn't close properly requiring force to close it securely. I would appreciate if there was at least a sign saying so and that these issues get fixed immediately. "
