Carpets in the room and throughout the place, both in the room and in the hallways, are torn. The outdoor carpet in front of the hotel is a disgrace and clearly has needed replacement for ages. Being at the very entrance to the hotel it sends an extremely negative signal. What are they thinking? One of the two elevators for floors above 10 was not working the entire time we were there. Waiting for the one remaining elevator could take forever. What gives here? Hasn't the repair contract been paid?

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the staff are very friendly and always available to help, the location is great , I reserved a room with river view and the view of the city and the river was astonishing the second floor has a nice coffee area and the coffee is good with options to have different types of coffee The place is very clean

The large size of the rooms was definitely an unexpected but welcome feature. Self serve water stations with bottles on each floor we're a plus Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. My wife said next time we visit Chicago, we must stay at the same hotel. I agree.

Location is great and close to where most people want to go! Dog stay free but parking is a nightmare. However, valet parking is available for a cost. Clean, design and service all perfect! I'm sure we'll book it again. Again, location is great and in front of the river!
