Beau was a wonderful host! He was super responsive and helpful. He accommodated our requests and was just so nice the whole time. This home is absolutely beautiful. It's well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. 12 of us stayed there very comfortably. The river access was such a great feature. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Awesome house with the river in your backyard

We have had a blast in this house!! Everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Beautiful house and very well taken care of. We can’t wait to book this house next year… the only cons were the trash service that you had to drive to about 1 mile away and no access to the garage.. which is difficult with all your skis and boots.

Great!

A great place for a work retreat. Good spaces to hang, retreat and gather as a group. It fit us comfortably and we really appreciated being on the river with lots of outdoor space to hang out and walk around. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable theee days.

McFather Family Ski Vacation

This cabin was perfect for our large group. Each had their own bathroom and we never ran out of hot water. The view by the river was amazing and star watching at night was spectacular. So much room to spread out and enjoy each other and our grandkids. Kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. We will stay again for our annual ski trip. Best cabin we have ever stayed in. Thank you so much for making our family time so special.

Great Large Family Gathering Space

We loved the Rio River Haven for our extended family gathering/ski trip in February. It was great to have plenty of bed and bath rooms to accommodate a large group. The kitchen also had ample seating options for large family meals and games. The home is nicely decorated and the view out the back is stunning. I subtract one star for a less than desirable view out front, but it's not a big deal since there are very few windows facing that direction.We appreciated the ample supply of linens for the bedrooms and spices in the kitchen. I would say that the nonstick cookware was really scratched and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable cooking in it. We ran short on paper goods (TP, paper towels, and kleenex) as the supply for 5 bedrooms was a bit lacking. We appreciated plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner but would have appreciated more than 2 dishwasher pods for a 4 night stay - especially in a 5 bedroom cabin. The house felt generally clean but didn't feel exactly sanitized compared to other places we've rented.We found left over items in the fridge/freezer from previous guests, crumbs, etc. in the kitchen cabinets and drawers, and long dark hairs on the sheets in the master bedroom. Again, we loved the spaciousness and back view and would probably book again, but attention to a few of the details I mentioned would really make this an over the top experience. Btw, cudos to quick and courteous response from management with all our questions!

Wolf Creek Ski Trip

Very spacious and well equipped home. Highly recommend. Kitchen was awesome. Plenty of fire to burn outside. 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. Top notch. No hot tub was only thing we would have added.

Rio River Haven

We travel in the middle of January for a ski adventure to Wolf Creek. This home in South Fork provided us with a great stay. It was a 20 minutes drive from the house to ski area. We all enjoyed that fact the each bedroom has assess to a bathroom. House is beautifully decorated and looks like the photos. Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. Loved the view of the river. Kitchen was stocked adequately. It did have large crock pot and drink blender. The house has garage but no assess to renters only owners.

We took our 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren to South Fork for our Christmas get together. This property was perfect for our group since the kiddos had a huge open bonus room all to themselves complete with adorable beds, teepees, a beanbag, and their own tv. The adults enjoyed gathering in the open concept living, kitchen, and dining areas for meals, games, drinks, and laughs. The gas fireplace added to the warm and cozy gathering while we spent time together as a family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes this home perfect for multiple couples. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained and we had everything we needed to cook a large meal and keep up with laundry. Location was fantastic for skiing Wolf Creek and we would love to return in the summer to fish right from the backyard. Beautiful property that we highly recommend!

Location Location Location

Incredible home with incredible views and incredible access to everything! This home is brand new and it had all the amenities we needed. The fire pit was one of our favorite nighttime activities. Access to Wheeler Geologic was right across the water. The HooDoos were a sight to see. We took a day off from Jeeping to raft the Rio. Check out the town of Creede while you are in the area. We will be back

The best place to stay on the Rio!

This house was brand new and amazing! The location you just can’t beat. The check in and a message from the owner before arrival was great! Making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We will def be back in this house soon! It was perfect!! 5 stars no doubt!!
