Room was clean but a bit rough on the edges. Be careful in the parking lot. Landscaping not great along with upkeep. trash area big door was off its hinges. Not a very pleasant sight. Breakfast was good but when not open it did not look very inviting with chairs on tables. If you are looking for a place to spend the night without overspending this will do the job. Bed was comfortable, Shower hot. I would stay there again.
