"Me and my fanily had an wonderful experience here at the sheraton, my son levar had made good friends with the bartender Sam ,he did more than look after my son and my family and myself, the staff team did more than expected. Clean rooms, my mokos where basicaly living in the pool, my son levar says that sam ,went above and beyond to make sure he was looked after and always good and safe, all the staff were very beautiful and always smilling and happy and making sure all guests were well looked after, and especially on our last night sam had went above and beyond for us. Sam and the team had put a little performance for me and my family, and it wasnt a good bye it was an see you again feeling,it made us all nearly all teary eye. Levar says thank you Sam much love uce.
The only thing that was a bummer was waiting extra for the rooms and also the door beign faulty at multiple times which made it harder, but they did look after us for those issues, which is amazing amd too the amazing team that went above and beyond to make sure the doors were working and they was always working and that we could get into our rooms 9105, 9106, but apart from that it was an amazing time here for me and my family at the sheraton Aggie greys, and my son is verry appreciated of Sam and his kind heart and humbleness, and being a top uso , and says that he is one amazing worker and mate , awesome to talk to and get along with as they connected and became mates and says thank you to sam the man"
