Excellent resort in centre Apia…Samoa

Very nice location, excellent customer service, the check in was smooth and beyond my expectations. A lovely lady who took me to my room, she includes all resort information also the most interesting sightseeing of Samoa, Later on I knew her name is Hannah, director of customer service of the hotel, outstanding communication skills with guest, well done. Breakfast buffet has various options for local and international cuisine, I do like their special coffee with soy milk; Friday night there is a dance show with fire dance, is absolutely amazing. Overall is a great place for vacation in Samoa.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and keen to please. The room was smaller than expected and the toilet continued to flow after flushing. While rather tired, the room was comfortable and clean. On thing I thought was that the shower over bath could be a hazard as the bottom of the bath was sloped and difficult to stand in when getting out.

Didn’t like the frosted window panel from bathroom to the room - there’s no privacy for those taking a shower. Some items on the menu weren’t available - menu needs a refresh too? Quite a walk to our room - terrible signage. Expected more for a Sheraton but hotel seems run down. Staff were friendly, though didn’t advise they downgraded our hotel room booking. No communication on email with them - non responsive, even on chat. If you phone - you either get them or no answer.

The people that do house work forget to leave bath mat, hand towel and they use old looking bath towels. They also forgot to take dirty drinking glasses to wash as there’s nothing to wash those in the room. The beddings are not changed daily. The staff outside and around the hotel are great very welcoming and friendly.

A great place to stay if you are in Apia for business or for going shopping and to the markets but you will need to travel further afield to find a nice swimmable beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful pool area beside the restaurant and bar with poolside service

Great Service, Disappointing Room Experience

Stayed at Sheraton Apia and what an experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were absolutely amazing — warm, friendly, and always going the extra mile. The kitchen service was also wonderful with so many great food choices. Honestly, the omelettes were the BEST my husband ever had at any hotel. The bar cocktails were another highlight — perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and every one I tried was delicious.Definitely a must if you’re staying here. Unfortunately, the room let us down. While the view was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the air con strong, the fridge was noisy and had cockroaches crawling inside. The closet didn’t function properly, it’s squeaky and noisy, the bedside drawer is kinda stuck and when you pull it open the whole table moves. The bathroom was in poor condition (loose toilet seat, stained bathtub which still has markings of previous non slip mat), worn tiles, and unfinished shower work). The shower drain looks like it’s blocked, it still flows but very slow. Our last night was the worst part—a birthday celebration was held on our floor, with loud music, kids running in the hallway screaming, laughing and pressing doorbells on every room including ours. Several guests, including myself, were disturbed. I don’t understand why celebrations would be allowed on the same floor as paying guests who are there to relax. Amazing staff and great food, but the poor room condition and disruptive noise made this a disappointing stay.
