Willkommen in der gemütlichen, modernen ca. 40 qm großen Wohnung! Viel Platz für ein Pärchen oder für Menschen, die Komfort schätzen. Die Wohnung hat einen Wohn- / Schlafbereich mit großen Fenstern. Weiterhin gibt es eine geräumige Küche mit Essbereich sowie geräumiges neues Bad mit Badewanne.

Komplett eingerichtete stilvolle Einbauküche mit Geräten lädt Sie zum Kochen ein. Es ist alles da: Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen, etc. Die Böden der Wohnung sind mit wunderschönem Edel-Laminat ausgestattet.

In Schlafräumen erwarten Sie gemütlich bezogene Betten. Nach Bedarf können weitere Schlafplätze eingerichtet werden. Internet (Wlan) ist inklusive. Auf der Straße sind genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und ist bezugsbereit eingerichtet. Als Vermieter sind wir gastfreundlich und flexibel.
